Right, found the extra files, but I can't figure out what the first word is. I think the first sounds like school and the second b*****r , but it doesn't seem right, any help?

Yeah, this is kind of tricky, because it sounds very Scottish. Confused

It's is SO hard to hear with that Scottish accent!!! Especially the first part.
There's not much of a hint I can think of.

Like cuttlefish, I'm hopeless. Of course, my hearing is starting to go too. I got the word formed by parts three and four and confirmed it by the fact that the spoiler above was blacked out. However, I can't get the word formed by the first two files.

I know that it's not school, scone or schoon

but I just can't seem to get it. Any help here?

try your first word without the accent. you are soooo close. i racked my brain on that one. even looked thru the dictionary and then a lightbulb went off.

from the posts i think i can deduce the first word, but my comp doesn't have speakers so i can't hear anything. I tried using my roommates computer, and got the files to come up, but when played i still didn't hear anything.

I won't write what it sounds like to me, because it might be a spoiler, but in any case it is not the right word and I can't think of any "unscottishised" version of it that would make sense. As I can't see how any further hint could help me, can anyone PM the answer to me?
Thx
